Amy is a Registered Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience helping people manage and overcome work and study-related stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, grief and trauma.  She has worked ib both public and private settings with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds. She is approved by SIRA to provide psychological treatment under the CTP scheme and Worker's Compensation System. Amy is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. She utilises evidence-based therapies to help people develop skills to manage unhelpful thoughts and feelings, and to be able to take actions that are aligned with personally meaningful values and goals.
